If we need to transfer your data outside the UK/EEA (for example to our global safety partner), we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

6. How long we keep your data

We retain information only for as long as required under applicable laws:

Safety reports: at least 10 years after the product is no longer available

Quality complaints: in line with GMP/GDP requirements

Medical Information enquiries: for a defined period necessary for audit and compliance

Call recordings: only where consent is given and for a limited training period
